It’s the kind of publicity Apple doesn’t want: Tim Cook’s iPhone image, taken at the Super Bowl, as set the internet alight due to its lack of quality.
The CEO of the world’s most valuable company is in some hot water: Thanks to a lousy shot of the closing procession of the Super Bowl in the United States, Tim Cook’s iPhone image has set the internet alight in the worst possible way.
The image – which is itself a quick shot lacking any overt quality – was Tweeted by Cook with the quote “Shot with iPhone”. Shortly thereafter, Twitter trolls descended on the CEO, mocking the quality of the image following Apple’s consistent branding campaign surrounding the iPhone’s camera.

Cook quickly deleted the image and later posted a far more sharp photograph of the closing proceedings, denying internet trolls the pleasure of deriding the iPhone’s camera even further.
The image itself is a fantastic reminder that even the world’s most powerful CEO can still be subjected to an internet joshing – and, further, that all of us take a bad photo every now and then.
