Facebook rolls out ability to post images in comments

If you haven‘t already noticed, Facebook has quietly rolled out the ability to add images to comments. Comment threads can now become even crazier, with the new camera button within the comments allowing the users this capability.
The feature is rolling out to both the desktop and mobile websites. Users on the mobiles apps will be able to view the photo comments, but won‘t be able to make them directly from the app. According to Facebook, it will add this functionality in the weeks to come.
This capability has been available on other social networking sites for some time, and it is part of Facebook‘s strategy to improve commenting. They have also added threaded replies and hashtags in recent months. Unlike on Google+, though, animated GIFs are not supported.
