Sony’s latest State of Play delivered a major win for PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers. On February 17, the critically acclaimed Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will officially join the Game Catalogue. This 2023 masterpiece from Insomniac Games allows players to swap between Peter Parker and Miles Morales, each featuring unique skill trees and movesets within an expanded, breathtaking recreation of New York City.

With this addition, the entire trilogy is now available on the service, providing the perfect marathon for fans awaiting Insomniac’s Wolverine, which is slated for release later this year.
While Spidey is the headliner, the PlayStation Blog revealed a diverse slate of titles arriving alongside the web-slinger:
- Neva (PS4/PS5): A visually stunning 2D platformer described as an “interactive fairytale.” A prequel expansion is notably arriving just next week.
- Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown (PS5): High-stakes open-world racing.
- Monster Hunter Stories & Stories 2: Wings of Ruin (PS4): A double-header of turn-based RPG action.
- Season: A Letter to the Future (PS4/PS5): An atmospheric, bicycle-led journey through a world-ending event.
- Venba (PS5): A short, emotional cooking game centred on an Indian immigrant family.
- Rugby 25 (PS4/PS5) & Echoes of the End: Enhanced Edition (PS5): Rounding out the sports and action categories.
PS Plus Premium members get a hit of nostalgia this month with the 2008 version of Disney Pixar Wall-E, originally released for the PS2. Sony also offered a roadmap for the coming months:
- March: Tekken Dark Resurrection joins the classics.
- May: The legendary light-gun shooter Time Crisis arrives, updated with PS5 gyro controls for a modern take on arcade gameplay.
- Later in 2026: Big Walk, the highly anticipated multiplayer game from the creators of Untitled Goose Game, will launch as a “Day One” title available to subscribers on all three PS Plus tiers.
