At CES 2025, AC Future, a company founded by Arthur Qin and named after his daughters Amy and Cindy, showcased its ambitious Ai-TH transformable home. This innovative concept addresses the growing housing crisis with a range of sustainable and mobile living solutions.

The Ai-TH comes in three configurations:
- Ai-THu: A deliverable pod for static placement.
- Ai-THt: A pullable trailer for towable living.
- Ai-THd: A road-ready EV RV for on-the-go adventures.
The flagship Ai-THd, a bus-sized EV RV, was on display at the CES event. This impressive vehicle boasts a spacious interior that transforms into a 400-square-foot living space, complete with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and a fully equipped bathroom with a shower and washer/dryer.
The Ai-TH incorporates a range of sustainable technologies:
- Solar Power: Roof-mounted solar panels generate approximately 25 kWh of energy per day, sufficient to power the home and offset energy consumption.
- Water Harvesting: Atmospheric water generation technology extracts 13-15 gallons of water per day from the air, significantly reducing reliance on external water sources.
- Energy Efficiency: High-efficiency insulation and a robust HVAC system maintain a comfortable interior climate.
- Resource Management: The Ai-TH incorporates a water recycling system and features a holding tank for wastewater.
The Ai-TH integrates with Futura, AC Future’s proprietary AI assistant. Futura controls lighting, manages resources, and automates various home functions, enhancing convenience and efficiency.
Developed in collaboration with Hydra, a leading automotive design and prototyping studio, the Ai-TH prototype showcases cutting-edge technology and design. Production models will leverage components from a diverse supplier network, including multiple partners for EV motors.
The Ai-TH will be available in a range of price points:
- Ai-THu (Static Pod): Starting at $98,000
- Ai-THt (Trailer): Starting at $138,000
- Ai-THd (EV RV): Starting at $298,000
