To support customers facing economic challenges, Vodacom has extended its Black Friday specials all month, aiming to make connectivity more affordable and rewarding. “Our goal is to provide great value and make connectivity more accessible so everyone can enjoy Black Friday benefits,” said Rishaad Tayob, Vodacom South Africa’s Consumer Business Director.
Some of the standout deals include a Samsung Smart TV (65” or 75”) bundled with select home connectivity offers, such as the 2TB Home Internet package for R479 per month (over 36 months) at speeds of up to 100Mbps. Vodacom Fibre starts at just R99 per month for the first six months.
On the data front, Vodacom offers a SIM-only deal with 400GB (200GB anytime + 200GB night-owl) at R349 per month over 24 months, and a RED VIP package with 200GB (100GB anytime + 100GB night-owl) and Unlimited Voice Minutes for R1,299 per month, delivering an annual saving of R12,000.
Vodacom’s NXT LVL, a platform for customers under 25, offers special deals via VodaPay, including 60 on-net minutes and a 1GB TikTok bundle for R11 (1-day validity) and a 1.5GB LVL Up Music Bundle with a day of free music access for R20. The first 1,000 NXT LVL customers purchasing the music bundle will also receive a R50 KFC voucher.
Vodacom is taking a two-phase approach to Black Friday. Phase one runs in-store and online from November 7 to November 28, with a second Black Friday Clearance sale from November 29 to December 4. Additional deals will be unveiled throughout the month, so customers are encouraged to check regularly.
Postpaid customers can add a 30GB recurring data bundle to new contracts for R210 per month, and all customers are reminded to redeem VodaBucks on the VodaPay app for deals on food, fuel, vouchers, and more. With VodaPay, users can shop, buy airtime, and access a wide range of products and services in one place.
