Xbox announced at Tokyo Game Show that StarCraft: Remastered and StarCraft II: Campaign Collection will be added to PC Game Pass on November 5. This means that anyone with a PC Game Pass or Game Pass Ultimate subscription will be able to enjoy these iconic real-time strategy (RTS) games.

While the multiplayer components of both games are already free-to-play, this new addition allows players to experience the single-player campaigns. StarCraft II: Campaign Collection includes over 70 missions from various DLC expansions, such as Wings of Liberty and Heart of the Swarm.
StarCraft: Remastered offers modern enhancements to the original game, including 4K visuals, improved audio, and redesigned leaderboards. This update was initially released in 2017 and is expected to introduce the classic RTS title to a new audience.
Despite their age, both games still have active multiplayer communities and remain popular in professional competitive gaming. StarCraft II, in particular, is credited with contributing to the rise of live streaming.
In addition to the StarCraft news, Xbox also announced a collaboration between Overwatch 2 and the anime My Hero Academia. From October 17 to 30, players will be able to purchase (likely expensive) skins based on the popular anime series.
