Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is coming to Xbox Game Pass

The second instalment in EA’s Star Wars Jedi series, titled Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, is set to join Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, and EA Play this week. Subscribers can embark on Cal Kestis’ next adventure starting April 25, nearly a year after its initial release. For those who haven’t experienced Cal’s journey yet, it’s recommended to begin with Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, also available through these services.

In Jedi: Survivor, players pick up five years after the events of the previous game, with Cal continuing his battle against the Empire. This time, the game introduces five lightsabre stances and features larger maps compared to Jedi: Fallen Order (and yes, fast travel is included in the sequel). While Jedi: Survivor received generally positive reviews, the PC port initially faced performance issues, which developer Respawn Entertainment has worked to address through updates.

Although a third game is in development, it will have a different director at the helm. Stig Asmussen, who directed the first two entries, has departed EA to establish his own studio.
