According to reliable tipster OnLeaks, who shared 5K design renders and additional information, the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic will reintroduce a significant design element from the Galaxy Watch series. The leaked design renders confirm the presence of a physical rotating bezel around the circular display. In the Watch 5 series, Samsung had replaced the physical bezel with a gesture-based virtual rotating bezel feature, and the Classic moniker was dropped in favor of the Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro.

The return of the physical rotating bezel is expected with the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic, succeeding the current Galaxy Watch 5 Pro. The device’s design, with its elevated frame between the buttons and the reintroduction of the rotating bezel, bears resemblance to the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic.

Visually, the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic shares similarities with the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. The circular display is surrounded by slightly thick bezels, while the left side of the watch remains flush, and the right side features the Home and Back buttons. The leaked images also reveal the presence of a magnetic loop strap, and Samsung is likely to offer multiple strap options for the Watch 6 Classic.

Previous leaks have also shed light on other details of the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic. It is anticipated to feature a larger display than the Watch 5 Pro, which has a 1.4-inch Super AMOLED display. Reports suggest that the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic might sport a 1.47-inch display with a higher resolution of 470 x 470 pixels. Furthermore, the device is rumoured to house a larger battery compared to its predecessor. Speculations point to a 425mAh battery for the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic, which would be an upgrade from the 361mAh battery found in the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic.

As anticipation builds for the official announcement, it seems that the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic will offer notable improvements in design, display size, and battery capacity, while resurrecting the beloved physical rotating bezel feature.
