Apple has introduced the Apple Watch Series 10, featuring a redesigned case, larger display, and enhanced performance. The Series 10 marks the most significant design change since the Series 4, with a thinner profile and a 30% larger display compared to the Series 6.

Available in 46mm and 42mm screen sizes, the Series 10 boasts a wider viewing angle and a brighter display, with a resolution of 416 x 496 (46mm) and 374 x 446 (42mm). The display updates at a rate of once per second, and the ticking second hand remains visible even in passive ambient mode.
The Series 10 is 10% thinner and lighter than its predecessor, offering improved comfort. The new titanium casing option replaces stainless steel, providing a premium feel.
Powered by the S10 System in Package (SIP) chip, the Series 10 delivers enhanced performance and efficiency. The watch offers an estimated 18 hours of all-day battery life and supports fast charging, reaching 80% charge in 30 minutes.
The Series 10 features smaller speakers that maintain audio performance while allowing for media playback. Additionally, enhanced voice isolation ensures clearer calls in noisy environments.
The watch’s metal back integrates with the antenna, improving cellular performance and water resistance up to 50 meters. With the built-in depth gauge and water temperature sensor, the Series 10 is suitable for diving activities. The Depth app and Tides app provide essential information for snorkelers and water enthusiasts.
The Series 10 introduces sleep apnoea tracking, utilizing the accelerometer and machine learning to detect breathing disturbances during sleep. FDA approval for this feature is expected soon.
Apple emphasizes the Series 10’s commitment to sustainability, stating that it is a carbon-neutral product. The watch uses 95% recycled aluminium and is manufactured with 100% renewable electricity.
