Leaks surface of Samsung’s rumoured Galaxy Book Pro 360 laptops

Samsung have been rumoured to be working on new high-end laptops, with the first possible confirmation now coming form leaked images of the upcoming products. Dubbed the Galaxy Book Pro and the Galaxy Book Pro 360, apparent marketing images have been shared by infamous leaker Evan Blass, who says they will launch as soon as next month.

The Galaxy Book Pro will reportedly be available in both blue and silver, while the Galaxy Book Pro 360 will launch in navy and gold. Both models will have two variants – a 13-inch and 15-inch screen size. The larger variants of both models will include a full numpad alongside the keyboard. The Pro 360 will support the Samsung S Pen stylus as well.

Looking at the images, a major difference between the Pro and Pro 360 models is the selection of ports. The Pro 360 appears to have a USB Type-C port, headphone jack, and microSD card slot, while the Pro is shown with a Type-A port visible alongside its card slot and headphone jack. The Pro 360 has its name because the screen is on a fully rotatable hinge, meaning it can double as a big tablet as well.

Other known specs from the upcoming laptops include the inclusion of OLED screens, Thunderbolt 4, and optional LTE support. They will be running Intel’s 11th-Gen processors, and the 15-inch version of the Galaxy Book Pro could be available with Nvidia MX450 discrete graphics.

Samsung has been relatively success in the Android tablet market, owning most of the limited non-iPad industry. The laptop market has been a more difficult nut to crack. While they have been making quality products for some time, their price to spec ratio has always meant they are outperformed by slightly cheaper options.
