Microsoft to preview Windows 9 in April, release in 2015

Even though Windows 8.1 was only released a couple of months ago, the team from Redmond aren‘t taking a holiday anytime soon. It‘s reportedly on the cusp of previewing its next major Windows version, Threshold. Once released, Threshold will probably be called Windows 9.
Microsoft will provide a “vision” for the OS at its Build conference in early April, but it will only start with the coding of the OS after the conference. It is still in planning phase, but almost all plans are apparently laid out for the entire process of building the new OS. While there aren’t many details of what the software involves beyond an emphasis on cross-platform unity, the leaks claim that Windows 9 will centre on a refined interface that’s better-suited to desktop users.
It will only be launched in April 2015, however. What would you like to see in the new version of Windows, and what are your current gripes with it?
