The normal range of storage options have stayed at a maximum of 64GB for smartphones over the last couple of years ““ until now. The first 128GB variant of the Meizu MX3 has launched in China, hoping to tap into its exploding smartphone market with a new option in storage.
The device is a 5.1-inch device, with an Exynos 5 octa-core processor and will cost around US$660. Whether or not this will become a trend in other phones remains to be seen, but you have to ponder as to whom these people are that need so much storage on their phones.
