The latest Galaxy tablet from Samsung will be released in August, with a worldwide shipment of both the WiFi and 3G varieties. There is also an LTE version set for American and European markets.
Samsung have shared the spec sheets in their press release, and the good news is that it has indeed got the quad-core Exynos processors as hoped. News broke earlier this year that production on the latest tablet from the Korean giant was temporarily stopped, for “œchanges in the production process“. It was thought that it was stopped to start including the quad-core chipsets instead of the dual-core processors first rumoured to be installed on the device. The specs look quite good, but then again, it needs to be if it wants to do what Samsung has touted it to be capable of. Samsung have also released a YouTube video showing what the tablet can do. The combination of the S Pen with the dual screen capability of the Note 10.1 is certainly pushing the creativity of users, and we suspect it to be somewhat of a cult favourite among Samsung fans.
