Dave Wilson, who directed the original Secret Level segment, returns as director and co-creator for the spinoff series. Secret Level creator and Blur Studio co-founder Tim Miller will executive produce, with Blur Studio handling production. Actor and prominent Warhammer enthusiast Henry Cavill is also attached as an executive producer.

In its recent financial report, Games Workshop offered a status update on its separate, highly anticipated live-action Warhammer 40K projects with Amazon:

  • Scripting Phase: Progress has been gradual following the initial rights agreement, with the creative team now officially moving into the scriptwriting stage.
  • Henry Cavill’s Commitment: Games Workshop CEO Kevin Rountree confirmed that Cavill remains actively attached to the live-action franchise, putting to rest fan speculation regarding his involvement.
