The ProLeap System utilizes a motorized arm to propel the X50 over obstacles, enabling it to navigate small steps, thresholds, and other challenging terrains. This innovative feature addresses a common limitation of robot vacuums, allowing them to clean more thoroughly in homes with varying floor levels.
Beyond its stair-climbing capabilities, the X50 boasts a range of advanced features:
- Obstacle Avoidance: Identifies and avoids over 200 types of objects, ensuring efficient and safe navigation.
- Hot Water Mopping: Integrated hot water mopping system for effective floor cleaning.
- Anti-Hair Tangle Brush: Prevents hair from wrapping around the brush, maintaining optimal cleaning performance.
The Dreame X50 is priced at $1699 and is available for pre-order starting January 7th. Early bird customers will receive an extended two-year warranty and an extra cleaning kit. The official launch date is February 14th, with availability on Amazon and the Dreame website.
