The new Google foldable has leaked, the Pixel 9 Pro Fold

Unlike its predecessor’s compact, passport-like form factor, the Pixel 9 Pro Fold adopts a taller, narrower design akin to the OnePlus Open. The outer display offers a generous viewing area, representing a significant upgrade from the original Pixel Fold.

One of the most striking changes is the absence of Google’s signature camera bar. The new camera housing, while bulky, appears to enhance the phone’s stability when placed face down. The inner display also benefits from a taller aspect ratio and reduced bezels, although the selfie camera is now integrated into the display rather than being housed within the bezel.

The battery capacity has decreased slightly compared to the original Pixel Fold, raising concerns about battery life. However, Google’s latest Tensor processor may offset this with improved efficiency.

Overall, the Pixel 9 Pro Fold represents a significant departure from its predecessor, offering a refined design and potentially enhanced performance.
