The monitor’s extensive screen real estate allows users to fully utilize the display or employ its picture-by-picture capability, enabling a split-screen view with output from two different sources. Equipped with two HDMI 2.1 ports compatible with consoles like the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, the Z57 supports simultaneous gameplay from two sources or employs picture-in-picture to display a smaller inset window alongside the main output. Scheduled for release in North America and Europe in the second quarter, the Predator Z57 comes with a starting price of $2,500 in the US and €2,399 in Europe.

For those seeking a curved monitor with a more modest size and price, Acer introduces the Predator X34 V3, a 34-inch MiniLED model with a 21:9 ultrawide QHD resolution of 3,440 x 1,440. Priced at $900, the X34 V3 boasts a 180Hz refresh rate, promising fluid gaming experiences with minimal ghosting. This model is also set to hit the market in the second quarter of the year.

Acer’s venture into stereoscopic 3D gaming continues with the Predator SpatialLabs View 27. This latest addition to the 3D display line eliminates the need for glasses, offering a 4K screen with the flexibility to switch to 2D output. Expected to be available in North America in the second quarter for $1,999 and in Europe in the first quarter, the SpatialLabs View 27 aims to rejuvenate interest in immersive gaming experiences. Acer’s CES 2024 lineup showcases a commitment to diverse options catering to varying preferences and budgets within the gaming monitor market.
