Unlike its previous flagship, the camera experience hasn’t been created in conjunction with Hasselblad this time around. We know that the OnePlus 10T will have a 6.7-inch display and will come with a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary camera. OnePlus has also confirmed that the device will sport a 120Hz display — a staple of modern flagships. Overall, the device looks strikingly similar to the OnePlus 10 Pro, but with some obvious upgrades.
Some other upgrades expected include much faster charging, backed by a 4,800mAh unit with 150W fast charging. While the company has yet to confirm charging speeds, it talked about the improved efficiency of the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and the cooling system that aims to bring improved performance and heat dissipation.
The previous flagship OnePlus 10 Pro was launched at the beginning of 2022. It brought a big change in design to the brand, which has slowly but steadily been creating more and more expensive devices, now firmly in the same flagship price brackets as other brands.
The alert slider has been a staple of OnePlus’ flagship phones for years, offering a quick and easy way to put its phones into silent and vibrate modes without having to tap through any onscreen menus. The 10T will be the first OnePlus in ages that will not have this mute switch. The company has said the 10T doesn’t have enough internal space for other components needed for “high wattage charging, a large battery capacity, and better antenna signal.”
