A new, leaked image has pre-emptively revealed the upper half of the design for LG’s upcoming Android flagship, the LG G6.
While the arrival of LG’s upcoming flagship, the G6, is effectively around the corner at MWC, that hasn’t stopped the rumour mill from producing an early look at what the South Korean company’s next heavy hitter could look like.
Posted by The Verge, the leaked image depicts a revised take on the LG G5 and V20 with some unique DNA; the device appears to sport minimal bezels with rounded display corners on the upper half of its screen.

Interestingly, the device reveals that LG’s rear-facing buttons might well be a thing of the past, as the G6 apparently bears a volume rocker on its left-hand side.
The device is replete with a large front-facing camera lens and visible antenna lines running over the side of the phone.
The LG G6 will – according to LG itself – arrive with an 18:9 (or 2:1) aspect ratio and will sport minimal side bezels.
While LG has previously teased that the G6 would come with its own AI assistant built-in, the company has declined to give a name to what system the device would use.
Reports from South Korean media outlets have revealed that the LG G6 could be the very first general Android phone to sport Google Assistant; previously, Google‘s AI software has been limited to its own Pixel and Pixel XL smartphones as a purchase incentive.
