The Pokeball Aimer is a custom 3D-printed iPhone 6 case which tracks your finger along a trench to make capturing Pokemon even easier.
If you’ve been playing Pokemon Go, you’ve likely experienced the frustration of capturing an obstinate Zubat or Psyduck. Now, a new iPhone 6 case dubbed the Pokeball Aimer designed by Jon Cleaver aims to help you catch ’em all.
In Pokemon Go, players are required to throw Pokeballs at encountered Pokemon. However, it can sometimes be difficult to throw a ball and accurately hit the intended Pokemon with it; some move around, while others are capable of dodging Pokeballs with great effect.

The Pokeball Aimer is the solution to that problem; a custom designed iPhone 6 case, the Aimer slots directly over an iPhone 6 and adds a trench directly where a Pokeball should be thrown when the game’s augmented reality mode is turned off.
All a user needs to do with the Pokeball Aimer attached is run their finger down the case’s center trench, dragging the Pokeball and releasing it onto the desired Pokemon.
Sure, it might take the fun out of the game, but who needs that when you’re on a mission to catch ’em all?
Cleaver designed the Pokeball Aimer and distributed its schematics on My Mini Factory, where you can download the file and print it should you own a 3D printer. If you don’t happen to have a spare 3D printer laying around, you can instead by one from Cleaver’s Etsy shop here.
