iPhone 7 Plus expected to carry a larger battery

A new report has indicated that the iPhone 7 Plus will feature a 3,100mAh battery and up to 256GBs of internal storage.

With the potential release of an iPhone 6c this February and the expected follow up to the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus due this September, the latest news out of Cupertino might prove a boon for fans of the larger iPhone offering, the Plus, with news surrounding the forthcoming iPhone 7 Plus reaching a fever pitch this week.
The iPhone 7 Plus is expected to carry a larger 3,100mAh battery, which is slightly larger than the 6s Plus’ 2915mAh battery capacity.
While that isn’t a sizeable upgrade, a larger battery might go a long way to soothing a consistent woe of iPhone users; the short battery life of their handsets.
In related news, the iPhone 7 Plus is also expected to carry a far more sizeable upgrade in the form of an expanded 256GBs of internal storage capacity.
Previously, one of the few handsets that offered comparable internal storage was the Asus ZenFone2, which came equipped with a standard 256GB storage option.
