Unfortunately we have some bad news for all those PC gamers looking forward to the newest GTA game making it to their platform of choice. The PC version of Rockstar Games‘ Grand Theft Auto V has been delayed yet again.
Originally the game was supposed to be released in mid-January for the PC. It released back in September 2013 on the Xbox 360 and PS3 and last year it came to the PS4 and Xbox One. After the previous delay, gamers were informed that they could pick up the game on March 24th, but this has now been pushed back to April 14th.
Rockstar had the following to say regarding the matter:
“œOur apologies to PC gamers worldwide who have been counting down the days until the launch of the game, but a bit more time is needed to ensure that the game is as polished as possible, and to make certain that both Heists and the GTA Online experience are ready to roll out on day one for PC.“
As compensation, Rockstar offers $200,000 in-game cash to anyone who pre-ordered the game on PC.
Have you been waiting anxiously for the game to release on PC? Or did you play it on a console?
