Gaming on an iPhone might soon be taken to the next level if these leaked photos of Logitech‘s supposed iPhone game controller is to be come into existence.
@evleaks, a popular Twitter user and know “˜phone leaker‘ revealed the first of the Logitech iPhone game controller photos at the start of the month.
Now, new rumours have emerged about what this game controller is to be called.
“˜Powershell‘ is the name being thrown around. This is according to trademark filing that took place in September.
In the September filing, the controller – under the name “˜Powershell‘ – is described as a “œintegrated game control device“.
However, amidst the leaked photos and rumoured name, Logitech is still keeping mum on the device. No official statement or launch has been set for the game controller.
The “œPowershell“ is a slim line controller, that neatly fits what looks to be an iPhone 5 (or 5S for that matter).
It has control buttons on both sides of the device. The right being selection buttins labeled X, Y, A and B.
The left hand side features an arrow control, like seen on most game controllers. The backside also caters for the camera on the phone.
So, yet another leak that should be confirmed soon. Neither Logitech or Apple can ignore these significant leaks for much longer.
